PART 2. RESTRICTIONS:
2.1: The Viewer is not allowed to access any page/files other than the index page or this page of the site if:

A. The Viewer is entering The Site seeking material to begin, fuel, or support a lawsuit or legal action against The Site on any grounds, and furthermore The Viewer or any group affiliated with The Viewer will not seek legal action against The Site as a result of The Viewer accessing this material, in the present or at any time in the future.

B. The Viewer is entering The Site seeking to distribute The Site's content to individuals for whom viewing such material is illegal and/or prohibited by this contract.

C. The Viewer is entering The Site seeking to derive monetary gain from possessing or selling the files contained within The Site.

2.2: The Viewer is not allowed to not distribute or link to the URL/IP address of The Site or any other related pages contained therein, instead referring others who may be interested in the contained content (and for whom it is legal and permissible under this contract to view The Site) to the Index Page of The Site only.

3.RESPECT FOR COPYRIGHT:
3.1: The files and information on this site are purely fan appreciation and are not now, nor ever meant to infringe upon the respective company's copyrights to those characters. The content within may not represent the characters in the way that their respective owning groups wish to have them represented; therefore said art is not necessarily an accurate representation of said character's personalities or physical traits. No content within The Site should be taken as canon.

3.2: No content within is meant to depreciate the aforementioned companies or their characters in any way, and is only meant to heighten appreciation for the represented characters. No harm is or ever will be intended or affected towards the financial earnings of the respective companies' merchandising, representation, or production of said characters as a result of The Site's content.

3.3: All rights of the respective owning groups towards the represented characters are reserved, existence of their likenesses on The Site shall not, in the present or in the future, be interpreted as voiding any rights of ownership, copyright, or production of the respective owning group.

PART 4. DECLARATION OF USEFULNESS:
4.1: The Site is in a constant state of flux, sections being added or removed, merged.. files do sometimes get lost. Code sometimes performs in unexpected ways. The Viewer should not expect The Site to be consistently online or accessible, as it is merely a site for Fan-Appreciation, and not a corporate entity's web presense. No legal actions persuant to a 'failure' of The Site are allowed.
